We've always loved the look of B&W photography in the infrared region of the spectrum. Photographs taken with this "light you can't see" show reality in unexpected and hauntingly beautiful ways. The effects on film include a dreamy softness, foliage that looks snowy under black skies, and luminescent skin tones, among others. Imagine our delighted surprise upon discovering that we could record these images on one of our digital cameras, too.
				This is the Snidow Chapel at Lynchburg College. The red brick and white steeple and trim photograph as you would expect, the fun part is the grass and tree leaves, the sky, and the general feel of the photograph.
